Carved out of the wilderness, born from blood, toil, prayers and the very lives of our forefathers, we should never forget the sacrifice and the courage of the valiant men and women who gave us the greatest nation the world has ever known.
From a Christian perspective, I desire only fairness, justice and liberty. As a Christian I too believe we were endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights, the most important, is liberty...liberty to pursue our livelihoods and recreation in a responsible manner, to do the very best we can for our families and our neighbors while being good stewards of this most bountiful land we've been blessed with. I must also say, and it can't be said strongly enough, that the government should serve the people, not the other way around.
Mission Statement: To comment on issues of the day from a Christian conservative perspective. Fundamentally, wise and frugal government would be the ideal with the benchmark provided by Thomas Jefferson when he said, "The government that governs least governs best."
----The government should do its job in an efficient and economical manner and promote and protect the freedom and prosperity of its citizens.
"Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction." Ronald Reagan
As heirs to this incredible legacy we owe it to those who've gone before us and to our sons and daughters to be ever vigilant in the defense of liberty that is our birthright and heritage.
"If my people who are called by my name (Christians) will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14
